Yes.! All packages include delivery, professional setup, and packdown within the Brisbane City Council region. We also deliver to Logan, Ipswich, and Redlands - reach out for an accurate quote on delivery to these locations.

We highly recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during peak graduation season, to secure your preferred décor styles and date. Graduations typically begin booking from September, so contact us today for availability!

There is a minimum spend of $500 (including delivery fees) for orders with delivery. For self-collection orders, there is no minimum spend

Add your preferred package to the cart, fill out the enquiry form with all relevant details, and submit it to us. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to confirm availability and next steps.

Simply add the package you are interested in to your cart, fill in the enquiry form and send it through to us. Include any changes, notes, and colour preferences in your enquiry, and we will get back to you within1-2 business days.

For DIY orders: Book directly through our DIY Packages page, or send us an enquiry if you would like a customised DIY setup.

Delivery Services: We have a flat rate for the weekend. Depending on client preference and location of the event, we will collect the day of or the following day. 

DIY Orders: Collection is on Fridays or Saturdays, and returns are on Sundays or Mondays

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due the Monday of your event week.

No bond is required, however any damages or loss of props/decor MUST be paid for by the hirer. Please find attached our replacement fee list. This is agreed to in your terms and conditions when you place your order.
