Unfortunately not, the sets themselves are fixed. We do however have a wide range of colours and styles, and we’ll help you choose the set that best suits your palette and work with you on floor plans and positioning.

Yes. Our team delivers, sets up and packs down your graduation styling.

Orders of $800–$1,000 are delivered within 30km of Acacia Ridge.

For orders over $1,000, we deliver to Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast and some parts of Sunshine Coast. Late-night pack downs are available within 70km of Acacia Ridge.

Our standard practice is to pack down the following day. Delivery fees are quoted individually upon enquiry.

We highly recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during peak graduation season, to secure your preferred décor styles and date. Graduations typically begin booking from September, so contact us today for availability!

There is an $800 minimum order, before delivery. Delivery is charged on top and quoted individually upon enquiry.

For self-collection orders, there is no minimum spend.

Every booking starts with an enquiry. There is no cart or online checkout on our website. Send us an enquiry using the Enquire Now button or our contact form with your date, venue and the set or package you are interested in, or call us on 0403 528 345 or email hire@realityevents.com.au.

Collection is available from our warehouse at Unit 14/18 Loam St, Acacia Ridge. Collections: 9–10am Thursdays or Fridays. Returns: 9–10am Mondays or Tuesdays.

If these times do not suit you, we are happy to accommodate, but it must be organised at least 2 weeks in advance. A ute with a tray cover, a large SUV with the back seats down, a van or a truck all work for collection.

We have a flat rate for the weekend, or 48 hours for weekday hire.

DIY hire: collect Thursday or Friday, 9–10am, from Acacia Ridge, and return Monday or Tuesday, 9–10am.

We require a 30% deposit to be paid in order to reserve your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

We can also offer Afterpay for both deposit and balance. Just ask when you enquire.

No bond is required; however, any damage to or loss of props or décor must be paid for by the hirer. This is clearly stated in Schedule 2 of our Terms and Conditions, which are provided before confirmation.
