2025 Light up Numbers

There is a minimum spend of $600 including delivery fees for orders with delivery. (Our 2025 LED Numbers are excluded from this and can be delivered by themselves). For self collection orders, there is no minimum spend.

Included in our backdrop package prices is delivery/setup and packdown within 20km of Acacia Ridge. Delivery further than this is calculated by distance, please include the delivery address when enquiring so we can provide accurate quotes. We only provide delivery services to venues, and private residences. We do not deliver to parks. If this doesn’t suit you, any item please see our DIY packages which can be collected from Acacia Ridge.

Delivery Services: Fill in the enquiry form on the package that you are interested in and send it through to us. Make sure you include any changes, notes and colour preferences using our balloon chart, the more information the better! We will get back to you within 48 hours.

DIY: Book directly through our website or send us an enquiry form if you would like a customized DIY setup.

Collection is available from our warehouse at Unit 14, 18 Loam St Acacia Ridge.

Collections: Fridays 9-10am

Returns: Tuesdays 9-10am

If these times do not suit you we are happy to accommodate for this but it must be organized at least a fortnight in advance. For most of our setups you must have a vehicle available that can fit 2m of length and 1m of width. A large SUV with the backseats down, a van or truck all work. The day of your collection, you will receive detailed instructions including a video on how to set up your backdrop.

Delivery Services: We have a flat rate for the weekend. Depending on client preference and location of the event and availability, we will collect the day of or the following day. DIY: Collection is on Fridays and returns are on Tuesdays.

We require a 30% non refundable deposit to be paid in order to reserve your order. The remaining balance is due the week before the event.

No bond is required, however any damages or loss of props/decor MUST be paid for by the hirer. Please find attached our replacement fee list. This is agreed to in your terms and conditions when you place your order.

We can set up for outdoor events. The following is required to ensure client safety and top reserve our equipment. We require that you have a very well sheltered or indoor backup plan approved by us in the case of rain and an indoor backup plan in the case of high winds. We can accept rescheduling of events with a minimum of 3 days notice but cannot offer refunds if you do not have a backup location organized for outdoor events and we are unable to set up. A hard flat surface should be available for us to set up on. Muddy/wet areas, uneven ground are not suitable for our setups. Shade is recommended for best result. To get the most out of your balloons we recommend an area out of direct sunlight.
