Yes. You can collect your 1st birthday decorations from our Acacia Ridge warehouse with no minimum spend. DIY hire is ideal for smaller events or when you want to set up your own space.

Absolutely. We can style your 1st birthday setup to match any theme or colour scheme, from neutral and elegant to bright and bold. Just share your ideas or inspiration photos, and we’ll try our best to bring them to life.

Outdoor is fine, but you must have sheltered/indoor backup for rain or winds over 25 km/h. We accept reschedules with ≥3 days’ notice; refunds aren’t offered if no backup is available and setup can’t proceed. Surface must be hard and flat; shade is recommended for balloons.

We deliver 1st birthday decorations across Brisbane, Redlands, Logan, Moreton Bay, and Ipswich. Delivery fees include setup and pack-down. For smaller orders, DIY pickup is available from Acacia Ridge.

For delivery: add your package(s) to the cart and submit the enquiry form with notes (colours, changes). We reply in 1–2 business days. A 30% non-refundable deposit secures the date; and the balance is due Monday of your event week. For DIY, you can book online or enquire for a custom DIY setup.
